Dumping Policy
The Association has been seeing an increase in residents dumping large items (toilets/furniture) on the property.
The fees for disposal of these dumped items comes out of the budget and directly impacts your monthly dues. If you see anyone dumping items in the common area, please report it to management.
Unit owners will be charged for any items dumped in the common area by their tenants or contractors.

Non-disposable Items
The Association would like to send a friendly reminder to all residents of some items to avoid putting down any toilets, drains, or garbage disposals:
- Paper towels
- Disposable wipes
- Fats, oils and grease
- Coffee grounds
- Potato peels
- Fibrous vegetables such as celery and asparagus
- Corn husks and cobs
- Animal bones
- Nuts, shells, and fruit pits
- Starchy foods such as pasta and rice
Electrical Panel Replacement Project
Reminder: The Association’s insurance carrier will not renew our policy if Sylvania or other hazardous subpanels remain in place. Under CC&R Section 6.1, you must maintain your unit in safe condition.
